I lost 22 lbs in just 12 short weeks! Chris had me lift a lot of weights and he also changed up my diet and gave me meal plans to follow. (that made it really easy because all I had to do was follow what the plan said) I ate 4­6 times per day, and ate a high protein diet. Chris really changed my body!
