I came to Chris for guidance after going through some issues with metabolic damage and being burnt out from unhealthy advice I received from coaches in the past. He told me he wanted to work with me and would get me the results I wanted. I put my faith in him and was immediately glad I did. He taught me how to diet properly without depriving myself of foods I craved and I began to feel sane again. I started seeing more results in a month than I ever did with my previous coaches. I learned moderation in my diet, did not do excess amounts of cardio and maintained my strength even though I was dieting to get lean. Chris answered all my questions, followed up with me weekly and took pictures to monitor my progress which was awesome. He also adjusted my diet on a weekly basis according to the way my body was responding. Chris is very knowledgeable and took the time to motivate me when I needed it. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to lose weight, competition prep or muscle/strength gains.
