Chris is a very easy going, knowledgeable trainer. He was very patient with my 1,000 word essay questions, and didn’t shy away from giving full educated and clear responses. Chris knows how to “reset” your body, nutrition and workout wise, and really build a linear configuration progress routine right from the start, while considering your likes/dislikes as well. He also opened my eyes towards Lean Gains which is a great lifestyle approach to nutrition, and he was really attentive to my adaptation to it every step of the way. Chris doesn’t hover, nor push his own way of mind down your throat, rather understands what you are, and eases the path towards what you want to be. In the end, I think the results speak for themselves.
